Price Matching Terms and Conditions

Eligible Products:

Price matching is available for sealed TCG products, card accessories, and other in-stock items.

Price matching is not available on single cards or graded cards.

In-Stock Requirement & Pricing:

The item must be in stock at the competitor's store at the time of the price match request.

Proof of availability is required, such as a live product link or a dated screenshot showing the item in stock.

Online price comparisons must include any delivery costs

Store Exclusions:

We do not match big box retail stores such as;

Warehouse
-
Kmart
-
Costco
-
Mightyape
-
JB HIFI
-
EB Games

Product Exclusions:

Price matching is not applicable on products that are part of limited-time sales, clearance events, or promotional discounts (e.g., flash sales, or bundled deals).

Price matching is not applicable on products with limited or restricted quantities

Price matching is not applicable to items from auction sites, marketplaces, or international retailers.

Price matching is not applicable on orders or purchases for commercial purposes

Price matching is not applicable on products that have members only or subscription prices

Price matching is not applicable on products bought with cashback offers and store credit(s).

Price matching will not exceed a baseline of at least a 15% profit margin.

Verification and Approval:

All price match requests are subject to verification by TCG Collector NZ

The request for a price match must be made before the product purchase is made, we will not retroactively price match after an order has been placed.

We reserve the right to decline a price match if the competitor's pricing is the result of an error or misrepresentation.

How to Request a Price Match:

Visit our store or contact us online with the following information:

Competitor's name and website.
-
Product details, including name, SKU, and price.

Proof of in-stock availability.
