Do you have "X" card in stock?

Our stock is consistently updated on our website. If the specific card you are inquiring about is not listed, it indicates that it is currently unavailable. however, we do occasionally receive cards through trade-ins, so we encourage you to check back in regularly.

Can you please combine my orders?

Certainly. To combine multiple orders, proceed with placing an additional order and select local pickup as the shipping method. Include a note within the order letting us know it is to be combined. It's important to note that if your initial order has already been prepared for shipment (as indicated by the receipt of a tracking email), we won't be able to merge the orders.

Do you buy cards?

We do buy certain cards. If you live in Christchurch, you're welcome to visit our store with your cards for evaluation and pricing (Please be advised that this may take a few days, depending on the size of your collection).

Alternatively, if you are live outside Christchurch, we encourage you to email us photos of the cards and we will let you know if we are interested in them.

I received incorrect items in my order, what do i do?

While we endeavor to ensure all orders are shipped out correctly through our checks, sometimes things fall through the cracks. If you receive an order with incorrect or missing items please email us at support@tcgcollectornz.com and well work on a resolution with you.

Why cant I buy multiple of an item?

For some products we have limiters on how many one person can buy.

This is to ensure that everyone has the same chance to get access to the product, especially on products that are under allocation.

I received a partial refund on my order, why?

Sometimes cards are listed incorrectly or are not in the condition listed, in these instances we will refund you these items and ship out the rest of the order.

In some instances depending on the value of the item or order we may email you before hand to see if you would still like the order without that item.
