How often does TCG Collector restock sold out products & cards?

As much as we possibly can. We try to have high stock levels of all recently printed sets. For older cards/products that are out of print, these are much harder to keep in stock. 

Does TCG Collector buy cards?

We are working on a buy list section of the website. In the meantime, we are only interested individual cards from these card games;

  • Yu-Gi-Oh
  • Pokémon (Soon)
  • Digimon (Soon)
  • Dragon Ball Super (Soon)

I've received my order and some items were incorrect. How do I resolve this?

Sometimes we do make mistakes.

Forward all inquires to support@tcgcollectornz.com and we can sort you from there. Most of the time we will resend you out the missing item.

Why are there limits on certain products?

We want everyone to have a fair chance, especially on high allocated products.

I've placed an order but forgot to add some products in my cart before checking out. What do I do?

Place an order for the items you missed, then email us at support@tcgcollectornz.com. If you're fast enough, we may not have packed/shipped your order and can combine your shipment. If we have already packed/shipped your order, we won't be able to combine the shipment.

I have some cards I need valued/appraised. What is the best way to go about this?

Email support@tcgcollectornz.com clear and high quality photos of the cards and we can value them for you.

An item I ordered has been refunded. Why?

We have a very large inventory with thousands of products spanning multiple card games. Whilst we would ideally have 100% accurate inventory, sometimes we might not have a card in stock that we listed for a multitude of reasons. We are sorry for the inconvenience, but this is a side effect of offering so many cards to purchase.

I have pre-ordered a product but have also ordered other items currently in-stock. When will my order ship?

Your full order will ship when the pre-ordered product you bought releases. We don't split shipments. If you'd like to get those items right away, place two separate orders or place another order in which we can ship those items that are in stock. 

Is there a per-item limit?

Yes there is. The maximum of any one item you can order is 25 (this includes cards and other products). Orders containing more than this will be refunded.
