Don’t worry — we’ll always send you a reminder before your points are due to expire, so you have time to use them.

Some products may be excluded from earning loyalty points or from being redeemed using discounts or reward vouchers. These exclusions typically apply to limited-release items, high-demand products, preorders, or products with already reduced margins. Any such exclusions will be noted on the product page where applicable. TCG Collector NZ reserves the right to adjust loyalty eligibility on specific items at any time.
