Shipping Details

Shipping Policy:

 

All dollar values are displayed in NZD (New Zealand Dollar). Please use your applicable currency conversions at the time of reading for these values. Shipping times are guidelines provided by the respective shipping company. Any delays in this are the responsibility of the said company and not TCG Collector NZ. No compensation is available for delayed shipping. We do not ship nor pick orders on weekends or public holidays.

 

Shipping within New Zealand:

 

Orders within New Zealand have a minimum order value of $2.50. If you can't select a shipping option, this is because your cart’s total doesn't add up to $2.50. Within New Zealand, we offer the below shipping options using NZ Post / Courier Post.

 

Courier (Tracked) - $7.50

Courier (Signature) - $9

Courier (Tracked) (Large Shipment) - $25

- This is for oversized shipments which exceed 10kg in volumetric weight. 

Free shipping on orders over $250NZD (excluding Large Shipments)

 

Shipping to Australia:

 

Orders to Australia have a minimum order value of $10. If you can't select a shipping option, this is because your cart’s total doesn't add up to $10. To Australia, we offer the below shipping options:

 

Untracked Economy (Use at your own risk, not eligible for refund if order is lost in shipping) - $12.5 (under $60 and under 2KG.)

NZ Post Tracked Economy (8 – 15 working day service) - $17.5 (under $200 and under 2KG)

DHL Express International (Tracked 4 -7 working day service) - $33 (any size or weight).

 

 

Shipping to The Americas:

 

NZ Post Tracked Economy (20 – 30 working day service) - $75 (under $200 and under 2KG)

NZ Post Untracked Economy (20 – 30 working day service) - $21 (under $200 and under 2KG)

 

 

Shipping to Asia:

 

DHL Express International Shipping (tracked 4-7 working day service) - $65 (any size or weight)

NZ Post Tracked Economy (8 – 15 working day service) - $25 (orders under $200 and under 2KG)

 

Pick-Ups:

 

If you’re in the Christchurch area and want to pick up your order, please select the “Pick-Up” option. You can pick-up your order after you receive the ready for pick-up notification sent via email. If you haven't received this e-mail, your order may not be prepared for pick-up upon your arrival. Please have your email confirmation ready to show us upon pick-up.  You can pick up online orders at the times below, during our opening hours:

No-pick ups are available for orders on Mondays. 

Tuesday - Friday: 5pm – 9pm

Saturday & Sunday: 11am – 5pm

Pickup location is 59B Carlyle Street, Sydenham, Christchurch, 8023.

Pickup orders will be held for up to twenty-eight (28) days. If your order is not collected within this timeframe, your order will be cancelled and refunded with a handling & convenience fee of 15%.

Packaging:

 

Your cards will be packed into a penny sleeve (some cards may be individually sleeved to stop scratches to foiling and provide extra protection) and be sandwiched in between two pieces of cardboard, then placed into a plastic sealable bag to protect from any potential water sources, finally, it will be bubbled wrapped to ensure maximum protection. For larger items, they will be shipped in a box and adequately protected with bubble wrap or packing.

 

What happens if I forget an item, product or card when checking out?

 

We no longer offer combined shipping. (unless organized on a prior arrangement) Please do not order with local pickup and assume we will combine the order for you!  Ensure when you checkout, you have filled your cart with all the items you wish to purchase.
